PARO Centre

Branding

We received the contract for the branding and website design for the PARO Women's B2B Database, which was being built by another agency. I've worked on many websites, but this entailed substantial research into understanding the lack of women-owned businesses—especially in areas such as mining, forestry, construction and the energy sector. My User Experience training really kicked in:

  • Researched, compiled a list of industry contacts, and interviewed them all
  • Researched potential people and companies that would want to participate, sponsor, and/or help promote the database
  • Designed the website and provided all assets to the development team
  • Created the branding based on the PARO Centre brand
  • Participated in the approval of vendors to ensure they had the proper content in their database profiles and inputed them into the system
  • Created marketing materials such as brochures and email funnel templates
  • Worked with one of our Partner Services—Springss—for the social media templates (an example is in the gallery below), so they could execute the launch campaign
